I was hoping that as we hit this batch of pages and Victory showing up would mark a notable shift in the story. Especially as we start making time jumps.

It's definitely unfolding a lot of character development avenues for Stephanie and given the amount of time from this page to and the first one, it's quite a lot Stephanie had to adjust to since the first page. But now she has the chance to get some agency over how long and what trades she'll keep long term. Plus, I like how there's some insight here about how she felt growing up and it's revealing a hidden egg buried in her for so long. I'd say it's like more like a hero's (or heroine's) journey kind of turning point kind of moment here.
