A bit of the autobiographical part of the story comes back here. While this conversation didn't exactly take place. I was hired randomly while visiting "Bryce". She saw me talking to Bryce and called me into her office and offered me a job.
I've oddly have had this a lot with costume shops in general. Most of the time when I walk into a private costume shop for the first time, the owner tries to hire me. A couple times the owner tried to sell me the shop. I was tempted, but didn't have the funds.
