🕑 Added 2020-06-15 07:37:50 +0000 UTCMy secret is simple, try to not use 1 hits. Understand that drummers never hit exactly the same way and alter your one hits in volume and frequencies. Or, figure out which drums you like and search "djembe" tutorial and sample that. Or work with a real drummer or pick on up yourself and jam out.

good idea to sample a drummer and then convert to midi so that you can use your super clean and highly engineered drum samples and have a bunch of control over them for automations
If your using one shots, automating your sample start time and attack time also helps make it more interesting and human.
