If you are building a professional space I highly suggest working with him or other acousticians. Go the professional route if you plan on making this your career or have tons of money

Thx for that detailed answer, and congratulations for being where you from :D Fun to hear ;) I will try the eq thing for the headphones. I think it's the best compromise wile the room situation is less than ideal
