Yeah, things like this don't come up....... until they come up. Then it s very much a show, and if needed explain it approach. No details are given about the Prague attack, suffice to say "people in the know" can cause long lasting harm to vampires.

Ah ok. I assumed vampires healed quickly from injuries. I really think I need a checklist of what vampires in the Buffyverse can and can't do (things like speed, strength, healing etc) as I feel like that's what causing a lot of my confusion. I don't know the rules!
