I'm not sure why people insist on the slayalive guide. That's not the order any of us watched them while the shows were on the air.

If my opinion counts for anything, I think you should use the slayalive guide. Just switching back and forth between Buffy and Angel doesn’t really work because of tv scheduling issues between the two shows which end up on two different networks.
