Sigvald, The Face of Beauty
🕑 Added 2021-03-13 18:57:57 +0000 UTCAh yes, Magnificent! The pampered prince of perfection keeps his skin well cared for and enhanced with cutting edge Victorian makeup. This video is a bit longer but I didn't want to leave anything out. Painting faces is a popular topic so I took this opportunity to zoom in on the subject. You will notice some editing, I cut out small portions where I was cleaning my brush or attending to some other part of the process that didn't involve radical colorization of the figure at hand.
When will the Sigvald series be over, did I subscribe to a Sigvald only patreon? You may be asking. I have one more video on his highness, the mirror shield. But next week as a break from Sigvald mania I will have a video on a green anime robot with more of an emphasis on airbrush and a comic book style. Fun!

I want to try doing a woman's makeup some time. Maybe my lovely lady will let me haha. There is a lot to carry over, I breezed through a book on makeup once and apply that sliver of knowledge to painting faces.
As a certified makeup artist, I am always surprised when people know the terms for the sections of face. It definitely helps knowing the highlights and contours. I can make someone look unrecognizable just by the way I highlight and contour their face lol anyway, this was awesome and I love the detail!
My thoughts as well. I purchased a new arm for my camera recently so I can brung it closer. I have options like digital zoom but it makes the image too crunchy. Thanks for the input, Chris!

I'm really digging the Sigvald project and the longer form videos are definitely appreciated. One thing that I think it could have benefited from would be a bit more zoomed in look on his delicate face. It was hard to see what was going on. I don't know if it's possible, but It would be awesome for future videos to get a even closer look. XOXO
