Torryn Part 3: Atmospheric NMM
🕑 Added 2021-08-27 15:53:41 +0000 UTCThis time around we're taking a look at the process for creating sky and earth reflective non metallic metal. Zeroing in on a few key areas. In this video I make a reference to an older recording in which I was painting a black and white model. It's a oldie but a goodie and will help understand how to find the way light interacts with reflective materials.
Have a great weekend!

Chef-Boy-R-Dee is that a deep metallic dive! As you were "caressing the light source," I wanted to ask some questions before my "first date" with my light source: I saw some green gradient colors painted on the Base for Toryn, were those tunic colors or colors from your base? Where did that gradient help you? Dem dope bootz in the final picture!
Awwyeah, glad to hear that! Next time we'll have a final touches video on torryn and get a few loose ends tied up.
Another great video and lots to learn. Thanks Sam!
