I'll be sure too keep the undead theme recurring, it a favorite if mine as well :) I hear what you're saying and there was something interesting when the material had dried in the mixing cup. I was able to peel it away from the plastic cup and it was smooth and dry. In the future I'll need to get more intense about my masking and create a plastic barrier. I have an idea! Also, avoid using acrylic based on your information, thanks! Overall, I'm happy with this oneand it has me eager for another experiment.

Anything featuring skellingtons gets my approval! I've heard that mixing acrylic paint into epoxy resin makes it not cure properly and end up gummy, so that might be why it turned out like that for you. Probably something about the acrylic binder, inks seem to work for me, or ideally you'd get specialized resin dyes.
