I'll talk about my personal setup in CSP in a dedicated video soon, but generally studios use a canvas size that is A4 size at either 200 or 150 dpi. You can download the layout template in many of the videos and if you drag that into CSP it should be the right size. The brush size differs based on brush, but the rule of thumb is that it is 'pencil line width' at maybe size 3-4 or so.
