Re: the minor league sponsorship, I interned for a minor league baseball team back in college for PR / marketing. They will take a name sponsor for ANYTHING. A suite may not be immediately doable, but stuff like "It's time for the fourth inning twirly whirly contest sponsored by a Regulation Company" or "If the team hits 47 foul balls everyone in the crowd tonight gets a free Slop o'clock" is super accessible and teams do a billion of them because it's money in the door.
