I really need a CSI type show where whenever they go talk to the medical examinator and they're doing an autopsy they won't stop going "as you can see here, ewwww, the heart was penetrated, blech, by two bullets that then, ugh grossss, exited the body out the back" and all the actors play it completely straight as if nothing is weird about it.
