If my math is correct (which it might not be because I am bad at math), the Eye of London would need to complete 94,473.8 rotations to travel around the world. At a rate of .6 MPH, (the speed according to Wikipedia) this would take approximately 41,481.4 hours, or 1728.4 days (4.7 years) running constantly. Considering the Eye has been open for over 20 years, it theoretically should have done this a few times over by now. Again, my math on this might be wrong, but Gavin asked, so I tried to answer.
