Went to Homebush when over for Ashes 02-03 - surprised what a hike it was from Circular Quay, though I was staying in Drummoyne which made it even longer despite being much nearer. Went through Croydon en route, where I had moved to from Chiswick in 2000. Remember being impressed with the aquatic centre, less so with Richard Dawson's off-spin.
