I think they and mainly Andrew wants to ensure they do things the "proper" way to avoid any issues with the law. In much the same way that he won't come to the US so he doesn't get into issues with working there without the correct paperwork I can understand where they/he is coming from because everytime you do something and think "it wont be me that gets caught" is when you get caught.

I'm curious what they mean by available. Do they only want shows included with streaming services or free on YouTube? Streaming already has a paywall, so I don't see why paying for a show on YouTube would exclude it. Or why they couldn't use Internet Archive stuff. Also, Andrew is a pyscho for describing the previous items on the list as "below"
