I understand what Gavin is saying but unfortunately in order to just "know" it you have to do math first. I switched my phone to 24h time for fun in college, but I had to maths it out to learn it. Now I can look at 15:00 and be like yes 3 o clock great. But before I just knew it had to do quick maths about it.

So, I use the 24hr clock because I almost was fired from my job when I was in college when I accidentally set an alarm for “pm” instead of “am” and missed a shift. A lot harder to make that mistake if each hour only comes up once in a single day…
