FEMA was the government agency responsible for addressing Hurricane Katrina. Huey saying they are the number one cause of death for Black people is basically a joke on FEMA’s disastrous response to Katrina, especially when it came to Black folk. With all the big words he be saying sometimes it’s hard to remember Huey is still a 10 year old kid and thinks like a 10 year old. Episodes like this where his mind somehow jumps to thinking Stinkmeaner is a Blind Nigga Samurai are great reminders of that lmao. Stinkmeaner is voiced by Cedric Yarbrough, who also voices the attorney Tom! I didn’t know that until recently. If Ruckus got y’all this riled up 4 episodes in then idk how y’all gonna survive the rest of the show cuz this ain’t even HALF of his craziness 😭
