You should use the charms when you go for the S+ run, Professional difficulty is bullshit enough with perfect block only and rocket launcher costing double, at least that is on the console version.
No it's a bad choice on their part. Just rob the player of things needed to make the game fair.

Carci... remember being able to double tap action button and kicking the door to stun enemies on the other side? You forgot something Capcom! Lol sike idk maybe design or balancing choice but I just noticed myself while playing I might already be late to the party.
