This is not filler, it is contained in the Tapenshuu Volume 2, which is a collection of side-stories. This is also mentioned by Roswaal in Season 2. In episode 12 (I think), he tells Subaru that the village people has already seen Emilia create snow around the mansion, obviously refeering to the events of this OVA, get your facts straight, lol.

Man there is just so much foreshadowing in this "filler" OVA it is kind of crazy. I also love how it brings up the link between a lot of the names in this series and astronomy. There are a lot of characters named after stars/constellations in this series, and almost all of them are vitally important.

OVA 2 (it's a movie actually) "The Frozen Bond" is listed as a separate season on Crunchyroll. Listed as S33. It will contain the proper Dub/Sub. The one labeled "OVA's" is imported from Funimation's library from the merger and just hasn't been sorted properly.

Yeah this OVA takes place between episodes 11 and 12 in terms of the timeline. In the novels there’s actually about a 2 month period that passes before they ever go to the capital, the anime just doesn’t communicate that.

Memory Snow can be found on Crunchyroll in the Director's Cut of Season one. I have no idea who is in charge of arranging the seasons on Crunchyroll, but they smoke meth for sure.

Lets gooo, excited to see you react to a non traumatic Re:Zero Episode. Id watch a whole spinoff like this I just love the characters and their interactions It should be either in the directors cut in between episodes 11 & 12 where it canonically takes place since it’s a in between chapter of arc 2 & 3 or something weird like season 32 on crunchyroll but the translation seems so far so good on the website you’re on!
