PC UPDATE!
🕑 Added 2023-09-09 19:36:36 +0000 UTCHey guys! Ben here, so a lot has happened since yesterday. It didn’t seem like it was just the Power Supply that was the issue, So we had to get a new PC and reinstall our necessary drivers and software.
Everything is working and good to go now! Made in Abyss and Bocchi the Rock will be posted within the next 20 minutes. (So happy we decided to watch Bocchi before MiA 13…) And we will be recording JJK and SG;0 right now. Again, hopefully those two will be done and published tonight but it obviously depends on discussions and editing time. That being said, all of our issues seem to be behind us (: thank you guys so much for your patience!

Please don't skip the new ED's on Bocchi the Rock... Maybe consider engaging with your community on patreon by actually reading our comments from time to time. I haven't seen a single spoiler on here.

Best thing you guys can do to prevent those kind of failures is to use a UPS (uninterrupted power supply), basically a big battery. Your PC can still shut down properly in the event of a power outage and nothing can be damaged. In the worst case, the UPS breaks, which is easier to replace than a PC. Something you may or may not consider 😅

We had been using a surge protector, but it seems like it already ran its use in terms of surges. This time we did our research and got a proper one that will hopefully last much longer! Thunderstorms for the next two days though, so it might be tested 0.0

I hope you have a good surge protector (one with at least 2000 Joules of protection) to protect your new PC!

Man what a pain, power surge must have fried a component. If you're not already it's best to use a surge protector on PCs.
