Well the big difference with Tee is that he engage and communicate with the people that supports him. Often he just stop uploading for a while but always, sooner or later, talk about it on yt, Patreon or discord. Also he always has been clear about the upload frequency so people doesn't have unrealistic expectations, and it is 1$ so he can buy tea 😂

Some attractive reactors have created plans where the full is available for a dollar or two and post almost daily. Of course, this is not to say, “Well, why don't you just watch that one?“ What is desired from Ben and Anna is either regular posting or a word about the current situation. It would be great to have both, but many will be satisfied with one or the other.

They posted an shedule for august back in july but then the patreon had a melt down bc they dissapeared. As others said, they don't have to do it but the problem is that they do it anyways so people have expectations. Sadly they never stick to it so being here long enough just makes you understand that schedules means really nothing. It wouldn't be a problem for most people if they just communicate but that won't happen. That being said, you can complain just don't be mean but does it really matter? they don't read comments anyway lol

If you're going to tone police in response to, and reference my comment, you can at least quote it correctly, and not group me in with ones impugning motives, which I've specifically never done. I've given purely constructive feedback in previous periods of delay and radio silence about mitigating disruption and subscriber frustrations but the patterns annoying people or making them feel disrespected persist. I don't think it's unfair for some of the 2,000+ paid subscribers of the channel to express frustration without impugning motives/intent. Not over a continued and apparently accelerating issue of radio silence and consistent inconsistency after a previously established pattern of scheduling releases and better communication.

So do you think it's better to unsubscribe and give feedback upon cancellation instead of trying while subscribed? It's a way of looking at business and your audience, but I don't think it's healthy. Comments and criticism are part of the thing. I didn't see any comments attacking or pressuring them, like you said. Simply people suggesting clearer communication or saying go unsubscribe (as you said) or thinking about it. People can speak and give their opinion, just like you. It's part of real life.

But the implied release schedule of one week before episodes can't be criticised because "they didn't *promise* anything, even though a weekly release schedule has been what they have always done (even though they never stick to it)?? That's ridiculous... They just need to communicate. That's it. No reason is necessary (for me). Just a statement "releases will be delayed this week" will be enough, because this is a really frustrating issue. It's not difficult, and to me it displays a lack of respect for their paying users. They don't need you running to their defence with statements like "just unsubscribe"... People can make that decision on their own, for myself and I imagine a lot of others, we don't want to unsubscribe because we want to show support. But at the same time, we wish to be respected...

I feel I must emphasize , what we get for being a patron is early access relative to youtube releases , and full length reactions. We are NOT promised x amount of reactions in y time. Nor are we promised any form of communication. You can always unsubcribe if you're unhappy with their pace. Now in fairness a small pinch of communication here and there seems like It would go a Long way. But even that isn't owed to us. Now if these facts combined with their recent pace of uploads leaves you unsatisfied and you want to unsub to the patreon, that's completely valid. It's your money after all. But I don't really feel it's too valid to attempt to pressure them into quicker uploads/attack them for slower uploads. Simply unsub. And when patreon asks you why you're unsubbing, say "other" and then type in the box that the reason why is due to the infrequent uploads. Ps. Every single show they're watching I really enjoy, and this is very rare for the like 3 reaction channels I actually like. Trust me I want these reactions just as much as anybody , ffs re zero (as a whole) monogatari (as a whole) and fmab are all in my top 10 most likely but atleast top 15, favorite anime, right up there with monster steins gate and aot Trust me I want these reactions as much as anybody.

Some have defended them, but since Patreon is support in exchange for a return, it is inevitable that support will be reduced if the number of posts per month is deemed not worth the payment. Communication with supporters is one thing, but it seems to me that the content or amount of the payment plan should have been reviewed when the number of submissions clearly decreased.

One thing I've noticed having watched for a while because i really do love these two's reactions over other channels, I'm not entirely even sure they read comments anymore, in general whether in Youtube or Patreon, with the upload schedule, and aware of ben's condition it is a shame the upload schedule and nigh 0 communication has gotten to this point with their community especially since this is most likely their main source of income and I, as well as others have been pushed to the point where they'll cancel until the show they want to watch is over before resubbing, but unfortunately people don't play around when money is involved no matter how much they want to support them.

I love Anna and Ben, but I also can't disagree with the comments. I live in Florida and Milton was a category 3. Unless they live on the coast, they'd be most likely fine. So I doubt it's that. They had more consistent schedules before Anna quit her job to do this full time.

People need to stop expecting things they won't receive. Schedules are practically nonexistent here, despite their multiple attempts. Yes, they have tried to set up schedules in the past, but if you've been around long enough, it's clear that they won't stick to them for whatever reason and never will. What we get from the Patreon membership is exactly what's promised: being 1-2 episodes ahead on Patreon compared to YouTube, with full-length versions available depending on the tier. There's no mention of specific schedules or weekly uploads, just that we'll be ahead on episodes. The real issue is the lack of communication. There is a pseudo-weekly upload pattern, and I think most people would be fine with a quick update, like, 'Hello everyone, we won’t be uploading any reactions this week due to xxxxx. We’ll keep you posted.' But they never really engage with the community, except for occasional polls, so it's not that surprising they don't give any update. All we can do is be patient and wait, or choose to leave.

I will do the same. I really like their reactions, but this inconstancy is very annoying. I completely understand that they must have a lot of things to do irl, but at least they could communicate better with the community that supports them. This is something that intrigues me with some content creators. In the beginning it is an endless love with the community, however, after they establish a base, they stop caring about communicating with it since they have retained the audience they wanted.
