Materia Enhanced V, pages 7, 8, 10 WIP

Page 7-
This one has been mostly drawn for a while. I just needed to draw the one panel, color it, and finish the dialog.
Rikku decides she's done trying to be good, and she's going to go berserk like Yuffie to avoid Tifa finding out they were lying. BUT she meets some people and can't go along with it.
Page 8-
Rikku must have been made club president. Yuffie tells Rikku that she has a new idea for this break, and that she (Yuffie) will be on TV. Later, Rikku notices Yuffie during a live broadcast with the same reporter from early in the comic. Yuffie makes her breasts grow live on TV, then returns and asks if Rikku saw it. Rikku says they're lucky that no one else noticed Yuffie there with the materia.
Page 9-
I don't have anything for this page yet, but I think it'll be montage of trips out with the materia with both, maybe Yuffie and Rikku both bragging to each other. But Rikku is lying because the challenge for her finding good targets gets more and more unreasonable.
Page 10-
I actually drew this one before page 8. Stressed out from lying, Rikku has a trip out just to do what she wants (and I tried to be funny how much she could fit into 5 minutes).
I'm not sure yet about the one panel. I had considered it to be her flirting with Ronsos, but I wonder if it should be something with her topless somehow? None of the main girls have shown any skin for a while.
If you notice, I'm usually showing Rikku eating every time she leaves, I don't have a reason, I just thought it was a funny visual gag.

I wonder if I'm near where I should have a resolution. Rikku starts finding suitable choices for the growth materia. Maybe a woman falling and she makes her chest big enough it breaks her fall (and Rikku is amazed it worked), a woman is being robbed and she makes her bust big enough to knock out the robber, maybe one or two other things. Then she gets back to the bar and makes Amy bigger too.
The next chapter in the story would be about Yuffie. (Last one was about Tifa, this one about Rikku, then Yuffie, then Amy).

I've tried every method- but as an artist, I typically visualize the pages in my mind. So then converting them to text, and then converting them back to visual never seemed to work as well. It always feels the most natural for me to sketch them out and write the dialog with the art. It's exactly the way I used to do it a long time ago. So I have a vague to clear idea of most of the story in my head (but not 100%), and also often change things if I think I have a better idea. I've sometimes had big plans and then had a better idea that made them obsolete, so I don't ever have anything certain. For better or worse, what you see here is usually everything from coming out of my head to being completed.
Teach
I've been wondering about this for a long time. But how do you plot out your pages? Don't you script your story out before drawing the pages? You seem to be flying off the cuff for some of these pages here.
Page 9 could be a quick cut to Tifa ordering new custom bras on the office computer (with her breasts getting in the way of the keyboard). Heading back to work, she catches a glimpse of the news report. Seeing Yuffie, if only for a brief second, raises her suspicion even more
