The Ninth Hour
Neonoplis struggles even when It first opened, local residents did not want to pay to park just to go to the movie theatre that was in there or to shop. They tried to reinvent themselves many times and the place is still slow. They even had the drink and drag in there at one point. It was a bar that featured drag queens. Its very easy to walk past neonopolis if you are on the Freemont Experience. The opening is too discreet
