My thoughts behind these: It's 8th year and they're both crushing on each other. Draco sneaks into the Gryiffindor dorms while they're out, but Harry returns early and finds Draco in his bed. He watches for a second and then decides "what the hell" and crawls into bed with Draco. Draco is shocked and panicked until Harry makes it clear it's mutual ;)
