Maybe I'm misreading the situation because I wasn't there, but it really felt like the entity on the floor was pantomiming something; like it was trying to tell you something. Maybe that it passed right there on that spot. Either that, or it almost had a supplicant feel to it; like it was on the floor and then touching legs or hands as if begging. Really strange, but great evidence!
I wouldn't mind cleansing that place.
