I dnf'd A Gentleman's Gentleman cause it was....fine. I'd be curious to hear your take on it but not enough to miss out on some of the other options.

I’ve had An Island Princess Starts a Scandal on my TBR for a while so I voted for that. I did know it had such a fascinating sounding sequel! Definitely bumping it up my list and adding that second book too.

voting for a shore thing! I like Johanna Lowell's writing, and I thought the premise was quite cute. She's coming out with a new one about lesbian archaeologists that sounds really good. I'm also currently reading Lady Like by Mackenzi Lee which is also a really good gay historical

I voted for Ladies in Hating because I love a Gothic, but these all sound really good! Or at least interesting

I’ve read a shore thing - it was cute and imo the best read by that author. A gentleman’s gentleman was good too iirc
