I weighed in yesterday at a disappointing 561. As soon as the weather starts getting warmer the weight starts to fall off because of my job. This year I am going to do less physical activity and try and combat the weight loss with eating everything in sight. I can't thank you enough for your support. The extra little bit I make from here is going all into my belly. For instance I had bought two cases of mountain dew and beer this last grocery trip and that is going to make a huge difference because I love downing cans of beer and mountain dew. So thank you. It's only been two weeks but I feel great I have a squashing session planned Sunday. He's a tiny guy who says he can handle me but we will see. Please let me know if you have any requests for content.
