It's a pretty striking red and white dress, which kind of reminds us of a German maid-style outfit, complete with loooong stockings fastened by cute ribbon suspenders! And since it's Tessa, she has her trademark heart clip on her frilly top!

I like this outfit. It's very a modern and European kind of casual. Though I suppose some Japanese influence is in there as well. Looks like Tessa is certainly more comfortable with herself now.
