🕑 Added 2021-07-13 22:45:36 +0000 UTCSorry for the long silence, I've been having a weird feeling where days just kinda blur and it's hard to tell time. But I've also been working on random things in my downtime, so:
Ashley to Ashes is a little different from Au Pair Hare and BubbleGum Space.
It has lots of angst, dips into eating disorders and abusive/oppressive parents,
self-harm. So consider that a content warning if needed.
These topics I have personal experience with and I've often wanted to
write them out through a made-up character to see if there's some therapeutic value.
Ashley herself has also been re-designed a little - which was an accident at first
but I stuck with it since the older look was a little off, honestly.
She should still give off the same vibe as before while looking more "at home"
in my weird little world.
The format is different too and the graphics have been run through
a neural filter to simulate pencil drawings more. It's all meant to help convey
a more troubled mind while also letting me explore more venues of stuff!

It's important to reach out to your friends once in a while. Chances are they want to help but are too afraid to impose.

Dark, but realistic and believable window into a troubled person's life. Nothing is skin deep and we see how they have been built into this life style.
