I'll vote for Skull Mountain; a dragon could have treasure, and rescuing a princess could yield a reward, both of which would be of interest to a thief.

Logically, a thief wants to collect money or valuables ... The princess would be an interesting target (there is probably a treasure) but killing a dragon is not easy (even for a warrior)! The forest seems magical (a job for a mage). I will choose the goddess (letter C : Aryas City)
