We're nearly at the end of this whole thing, and up first, two unstoppable franchises led by green amphibious creatures...

The Godzilla franchise has always been a bit of a blind spot for me, and it's one people have been asking me to cover for years. So for this I would just buy the whole Criterion Godzilla box set and go deep, covering the whole history of the series, up through Shin Godzilla and the American versions.
And then we have muppets. We all love muppets. This is theoretically a huge topic, since there is so much muppet media, especially on TV. But this would be sticking solely to the movies, covering the main Muppet franchise, as well as muppet characters throughout other movies (such as The Dark Crystal, and even Yoda). If you want a deep critical analysis of adorable felt characters, you know what to do.
And don't forget to vote in today's other semifinal matchup: Legacy Sequels vs. Gore Verbinski!

see, for me, i think all of the others in the Final Four I think are the sorts of videos Patrick do on his own. the Godzilla deep dive, that's not something he'd do outside of this. so my vote's for GOJIRAAA!!!!

As with all tournament brackets, the real final is not the final. I expect the winner of this one to steamroll the other side of the bracket, haha. These are the two topics on the entire bracket I really wanna see you cover Patrick. Godzilla for the deep history pulls, and Muppets for the sheer hilarity of it all + the Henson history.
I'm sorry man, I didn't mean to imply you wouldn't have more to say. You definitely could, I don't mean that at all. That video is short and just covers the first film. It would be ideal if you could make a video about both topics but since the point was to pick one or the other, I was thinking, "I'd like to see "this" because a video about "that" was made by one of your peers.
Technically, Godzilla is a thing even in the Muppet universe. Kermit has even done a βFrogzillaβ bit before. A vote for the Muppets is still a vote for Godzilla!

This one was pure agony as I am big fan of both franchises. I went with Godzilla because I think that is the one I want to hear Patrick talk about the most.
