My dad bought his C30 T5 new back in 2008. Its now up to 340,000kms with no faults other than normal wear. I'm impressed.

Now that you have a Volvo C30 in your (co-signed) possession, you HAVE TO get a Volvo 480 in your fleet. Its the direct predecessor to the C30. Both of them descent from Volvo P1800. Its very quirky, only Volvo with pop up lamps and parts that are IMPOSSIBLE to source! It was made from 1987 to 1995, originally intended for US market, but I think only a few have made it to the states.
