Just say things like "I think I will work on that video." Whether you complete it that day or not you made progress which will prevent you from ending the day stressed out, for you might be over planning everything.

Take a step back, and clear out your head. It is very common to try, and get as much done as possible, yet it can leave you ending the day with next to nothing done

I haven’t played TFT at all. I played DOTA Underlords and I played Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled, Monster Hunter World, and my usual speedrun game Wave Race 64

I went outside at night for the first time in like a week (ik its bad D:) and it was freezing!! I wasn't expecting it so I literally went out wearing a singlet and instantly regretted it
