My Patreon page will be temporarily on hiatus.
I will be on hiatus until further notice starting February 10 or 15.
If you decide to stay until February 15 I would appreciate it, as that would help me get something for my travel and food until I leave Ecuador.
This is going to be a bit long to explain
I really don't know how to approach this the right way, so I will just be honest with you as I have always been.
You really don't know how much I love drawing and how much I love you guys for being here for so long,
unfortunately, my situation since the last update has not changed. Although I have not been robbed, since then I have been receiving threats from these same people, including my current address and my work, to show that something could happen to me at any time.
And at the end of it all... What did I do to get all this?
Well... before I moved in, when I lived in my previous house, it was raided by members of this gang, they pulled guns on a family member and threatened us of being "snitches" (which obviously we are not) it only took one lie from someone you don't like for your life to end.
But in itself, it was terrifying that the head of this gang was only looking for me...
This fell like a bucket of cold water, I was very scared and did not know what to do, they told me that that same night they would come for me to "talk" that night in my house I could not sleep at all because I knew I was going to die and all because of a confusion ....
The night passed and these people did not arrive, the next day I could not deal with this nightmare because of the atmosphere I felt, so I decided to take a small backpack with some clothes and put my PC in a suitcase to travel to the city of Macas in Ecuador.
There I took refuge with an acquaintance who offered me his help.
I stayed there for a few days with nothing else to do but to be locked up (during that period of time I made these drawings with a marker and a notebook, since I could not do anything digital).
This same acquaintance gave me a job far away from Macas, which is where I am right now (place you already know) so I have decided to travel to another country.
I am completely innocent, I have never hurt anyone and I have never talked or dealt with people of that ilk. How is it possible that, because of a lie, my life has to change so much?
I have not been able to see my family, I have been isolated because of this ever since?
I just wanted you to know that, as I said before, you are an important part of my life.
This trip might be a bit dangerous until I get there, but until I get there and get settled I'll be able to start Patreon, by then I'll be able to bring you something better and better in aspects of drawing and animation.
If you decide to stay until the 10th or 15th of next month, which is when I pause Patreon, you will receive rewards until that day, of course, it can't be animation or illustration but only drawings.

nothing to be ashamed of. everyone needs help especially when its something as dangerous as this. i do hope wherever it is you move to though, its at least safe. i just hope its not the US, its getting worse for migrants now. even at the sanctuary cities.

Thanks Aichi, at first I thought about sharing this on my networks as a vent or in case something happened to me, but at the same time I'm a little embarrassed even though I know it's not my fault. I feel like I have a little more confidence around here.

No matter where you are, I believe your family will also miss you too. Do stay in contact with them from time to time so that they would know you are still safe😁. Hopefully as times goes by, these events will eventually be forgotten. I will also be one of the people who will stay and support you 😉

Wherever you travel, i hope you get there safely. it horrible that you had to leave your family behind but when it comes to your safety you have to do what you can to survive. I hope youll be ok more than anything. Ill stay subbed until you can be safe and if you need help, it never hurts to ask on your social medias too. stay strong!
