Looks like the tool is compatible only with Maya and 3dsMax
The good news
They are making the addon for blender, I received this info on their discord server.

Yeah Facemocap is amazing, and at the moment I'm studying Deep Learning so I can create my own model to do facemocap. And I'm almost finishing something to show.
