It's also ridiculous that they've had a new person in charge of Concierge/Subscribers (allegedly) for over a year now yet NOTHING has changed. There is SOOOO much that needs to be done/improved for Concierge/Subscribers, especially Concierge. We should be getting free shirts/hats/etc every IAE/Invictus/etc. Those Chairman's Club's in-game should be open & functional. There's a TON of little things they could & SHOULD be doing to let us know they care about the people that are truly keeping the company going & providing the real money that supports the game. Yet they haven't done ANYTHING in years...

I think it's absurd that you can spend $900 on a ship & NOT get LTI. Personally, I think ALL pledge ships should get LTI. It would help sell ships as well, so it's a win-win in that regard. But especially ships above $500. I know the threshold right now is $1,000 and it's too high.

I forgot to ask this at the Citcon after party last year. As a concierge perk, could they create a token to give LTI to one ship? Handed out in a similar way to the bonus buyback tokens or maybe on an annual basis. It would also likely boost funding by selling out ships like the 890J and Hull E that are unavailable with LTI without being a part of a large and costly package.
