The Gender Overhaul: Status Update

This patch is a huge undertaking. I've (finally) finished most of the writing, and ZaZ has finished most of the genital models, but the "male master/female slaves" assumption is held in almost every system of the game, and something new comes up every day. One big one is how to handle the children of a female player character (sold off-station, sent to elite schools, etc), and I'd be curious to know your thoughts on that.
On the plus side, penis graphics are now implemented, and I'll have some screenshots posted soon (I'll make a separate post, because they're obviously NSFW). The surgery center will get an entire new tab for them, and they'll be about as configurable as breasts are now, ranging from miniscule to gargantuan.
That's a long way of saying that I'm still working hard on the patch, but I don't have a great estimate of when it will be done. My best guess would be early April for the alpha, and at least one beta between that and the stable release.
Rest assured that the project is still under active development. This is just an enormous undertaking, and I appreciate your patience.

Nope.
While it's a long ways away at the best case scenario, you could also add non-slave related jobs in your station, and have your offspring hireable for that.

On the matter of female PC offspring, I'd say keep it simple for now and have two options, one for selling which gets you money and one for sending them to a foster/surrogate home which nets you no money but does give a little reputation as it would be seen as a more humane choice. Options of keeping them in what ever capacity can then be added later, maybe tying it to the EC mod if needed.

You could almost imagine a system of the player character's children taking over after the player character dies (ala Mountain Blade 2 or a grand strategy game) being part of the game somewhere far down the line... Anyway, good to hear!

Sending the players children to elite schools, to be loyal administrators of my conquered worlds, would be very nice from a roleplaying perspective.
