Ok, I had to immediately pause during the intro because even though everyone says they know how to cure hiccups, I LEGIT HAVE THE CURE FOR HICCUPS: **Make sure you're sitting down** Inhale. Don't let out your breath. Inhale more, making sure to do so from your abdomen, not your chest. Make sure you don't exhale - taking sips of air through pursed lips is best when you're reaching capacity - until you literally can't fit any more air inside your lungs. Do that until you almost pass out. (You *are* sitting down, right?) This expands the lungs and stretches the diaphragm (the thing that's doing the hiccups), kind of like a hard reset. Your hiccups will stop.
This was such a funny episode! Beth was killing it :'D

Okay guys, this is figuratively killing me: you have got to stop confusing King Midas with king Solomon. King Midas had a curse that made everything he touched turn to gold and accidently turned his daughter to a gold statue. King Solomon solved a conflict between two claiming mothers, offered to cut the baby in half and chose the mother that gave up to save its life. (He's one of the only Hebrew Kings to still somewhat exist in mainstream culture, please let us have this 🤣🤣)
