I think that was the rule for the knife Willy used to cut off Taylor's head, not with the yellow and red cards, they just cut like normal, where as the knife also didn't cause any damage, pain, or blood loss and could be reattached with contact

For anyone interested, channel 3 never actually had programming on it. The old tube tv channels were just different frequencies that the set could tune to. There were a max of 64~ channels and the first 3-4 were considered auxiliary frequencies for set attachments. The more you know ☺️
