I had never heard the term parasocial until y’all mentioned it once in one of the episode introductions and I had to look it up. Now after hearing this take I have a lot of reflection to do! Literally not stuff I ever considered but yeah, there are influencers that I really admire and think I have experienced this parasocial ideal with so it’s interesting to put those feelings in perspective! And I couldn’t even imagine how mind bending it is to be on the other side of it as well. Way to get all deep and philosophical in this episode
