Small Mage Tower

A quick map I have created for my campaign. Can be used as a small magic shop location or for some heist/burglary type of adventure.
The map contains three floors and it was meant to be a home of a mage specialised in teleportation. The lower circle is used for typical teleportation service, where customers pays for being translocated somewhere else. The next floor is a lab or workshop. While the last floor is where the Astral Plan portal is constantly open, guarded from any unwanted quests by two powerful statues that triggers a banish-type spell whenever any hostile creature crosses the plane doors.
