Ah man that sucks! My SPARCStation 5 did a similar thing, I was using it, no issues, turned it off for a few hours, came back, wouldn't turn back on (Except the fans), waited for a few days, and it booted one more time, when I rebooted it, nothing, and hasn't booted since :(. But at least the CPU seems to work in the UMAX, have you taken the motherboard out for inspection? Perhaps an issue with the PCI bus? Maybe a slots solder cracked, or some contamination in a slot? The PCI bus is shared after all. Good Luck!
