2:35 a word of advice on t-taps: I've used them for a long time on automotive projects. The only way you get consistent voltage through them every time is by making a space in the insulation BEFORE installing the tap (I usually do so with a cheap stripper). Otherwise you depend on the metal in the tap to both adequately cut through the insulation and make consistent contact, which is a crap-shoot at best.
