If this was one got rejected I was briefly considering making the third attempt just extremely obscene, like me beating someone to death that was wearing the mask of the sponsor, and then just making a video with a compilation of the all the rejected ads, but maybe that's an idea for another time.

Pretty sure they can't. Satire is protected under Fair Use. Worst case scenario they falsely flag your video and Youtube deletes your entire career. But I mean, just think of all the memes.
