When your self-esteem is not so good it can be a bit hard to believe others when they say that, but (in my opinion) a relationship can only be healthy if you don't question the other person's feelings based on your own conception of yourself.
That's my own theory, but in practice sometimes it's not so easy. Izumi's getting there though <3
