Mental illnesses do have combos and stack. BPD and Bipolar are definitely great. Any opposites that instead of cancelling each other out oscillate rapidly between extremes is what you should aim for—maybe anti-social personality disorder mixed with being an empath / High-Sensitivity Person could be considered, for oscillation between overwhelming empathy and none.
Dear Jreg, Do you know which mental illnesses have the best COMBOS? like i think bipolar and bpd is a pretty deadly combo but someone as experienced as yours may have a different opinion.

Ah, delightful. Though, since people with aphantasia can still have visual hallucinations, something like Alzheimer’s-related apperceptive agnosia might be a better inverse? Bit of a mouthful though.
