Consistent up until the last point. The idea of waiting until you're "ready" is just a return to the naïve belief that one "knows" or can "know" when something is "ready". If you truly know that you don't know, there would be no hesitation because you wouldn't presume to know things that aren't there that are blocking you from "doing it".
Yeah, single take also feels more like a dramatic monologue in a way the first version didn’t . Makes it register as a sharper departure from the YouTube-video-form, which I think also accounts for the breakdown vibe. I like this version.

I kinda like the breakdown feeling for this, even if it wasn't intended. Also the ending works better with the breakdown version.
