I hear so many stories of people who have found my videos during a time of anxiety, insomnia, and stress. If that’s you, you are NOT alone! So many of us struggle, and so many of us know what it’s like. We can help each other by just dropping a comment!
Sundays can be stressful. For many of us, they are a sign that the weekend is coming to an end, work begins again tomorrow, and so does the grind. I know the ‘Sunday Scaries’ all too well! But what if we briefly came together on Sundays to share what brings us serenity? Maybe your tips can help me and others here.
I hope a few of you will be willing to share a simple tip or trick for finding peace on Sundays. Thank you for being here! 💗💗💗

This does not happen every Sunday, but out of everything that can happen, it would be hanging out with friends. Online mostly, but sometimes IRL. Something about shooting the breeze and talking about silly things feels great. It gets the mind off of everything and feels great to sleep with nothing on the mind. Sure the game time is fun, but it's nice to be yourself and enjoy good company.

I’ll go first! Today, I found peace by drinking my hot tea out of my favorite mug. It’s a mug I usually save for special occasions for some reason, but I’m going to start using it more now because… it’s a mug. You don’t need a special occasion to use a mug, Stephanie! Anyways, it was just a little thing that brought me happiness and peace. 😊
