Leaked Content - Zero Tolerance Policy on Unauthorized Sharing
🕑 Added 2025-06-09 15:19:09 +0000 UTCHello guys, I'm sorry for having to do such a serious post, but this is a legal notice in regards of some of the exclusive content of this Patreon being leaked. Unfortunately, there is no point in protecting my previous work.
As of June 6th 2025, the means of distribution of content will change. All the content will be individually traced and watermarked so it links back to the member who leaked said content.
I will be taking actions on those not only involved in the breach of Patreon ToS but also in the theft and distribution of intellectual property, which include but are not limited to:
1) Permanent bans in here and all other social media
2) DMCA takedown filling of the leaked content
3) Legal claims for financial damage, breach of contract and attorney fees
To the 99,99% of other Patreons who continue to support me and offer me your kindness and your hard earned money to support me in this journey, I am sorry that others could access the same content /for free/. I'm sadly announcing that the upload calendar may be affected due to the implementation of new measures to protect my livelihood. I'm really sorry and saddened for having to write this and "ruin" your mood.
And for the 00,01% that didn't respect my livelihood, make no mistake, leaking content is not anonymous, and once traced, will be pursued aggressively and you will pay. Every file distributed from now on will be embedded with forensic-level identification, unique to each supporter. I hired a legal group and started a partnerships with a digital rights agency to track unauthorized use of my content. And trust me, even if the lawyer costs more money than what I will make you pay, it doesn't matter. Its already included and paid in my legal firm subscription.
If I'm writing this post, its not to spook or warn anyone, it is because this specific post will be used as a legal warning in a court of law.
