Well, feedfancier, it really is and that's why i was thinking in terms of lettering, speech bubbles, graphics and such, a little challenge for master Karbo :-)

Wondering if you'd consider adding sounds effects like heart beats, breathing and stomach noises of course. I wondered too how you'd manage rendering her voice from the inside... ;-)
